Because BookXar sells digital products that may become accessible immediately after purchase, refund eligibility can depend on the circumstances of the transaction.
Digital purchases
Digital products are generally intended to be final purchases once access has been delivered. However, we may review refund requests involving duplicate charges, technical problems or other exceptional circumstances.
Technical problems
If you paid for a product but cannot access it because of a technical issue on our side, please contact support so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
Duplicate payments
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact support with the relevant order information so the transaction can be reviewed.
